 
        
        Senior Area Sales Manager – Maritime Sector
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Reporting to: Commercial Director
Contract Type: Permanent
Travel: Frequent UK travel required
We are seeking an experienced Senior Area Sales Manager with a proven track record in the maritime industry. The ideal candidate will bring established client relationships and industry insight to drive growth across engine, electrical, and service sales.
Key Responsibilities
 * Develop and execute sales strategies to meet commercial targets
 * Secure new accounts and distribution agreements
 * Lead tenders and contract negotiations with value-based pricing
 * Maintain CRM discipline and provide accurate reporting
 * Expand distributor and partner networks
 * Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions
Candidate Profile
 * Extensive experience in maritime sales with existing industry contacts
 * Strong CRM proficiency (Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
 * Skilled in bid management, pricing strategy, and account development
 * Technically literate in diesel power generation and marine systems
 * Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with remote working
