Overview We Build Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in flat roofing projects to oversee the delivery of multiple contracts from pre-start through to completion. The role requires a hands-on, site-focused approach and strong coordination with site teams, clients, and commercial stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Applicants should be based locally to West Yorkshire, ideally within reasonable commuting distance of Wakefield, due to a high volume of works and regular travel to 2–3 project sites will be required. Key Responsibilities Contract & Project Management * Manage multiple flat roofing contracts simultaneously from award to final account * Plan, coordinate, and oversee site operations across 2–3 active sites * Ensure works are delivered in line with contract specifications, programmes, and budgets * Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors, including local authority clients Commercial & Financial Control * Monitor project costs, variations, and valuations * Prepare and manage interim applications, variations, and final accounts * Work closely with commercial teams to maintain profitability Site & Team Management * Support and manage Site Managers, Supervisors, and roofing operatives * Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety * Ensure la...
