* Preparing and issuing invoices in line with agreed terms, often involving manual processes.
* Managing a high-volume, high-value portfolio and ensuring accurate billing
* Driving effective credit control and supporting cash collection activities
* Handling customer queries and resolving complex discrepancies promptly
* Building strong relationships with clients to encourage timely payments
* Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with internal policies
* Identifying and contributing to process improvements within the billing and credit control function
