⭐ Finance Assistant - Dartford
£35,000-£40,000 | Full-time | 100% Office Based (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) ⭐
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Finance Assistant to join our busy team in Dartford. This is a fully office-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has solid experience in credit control and Sage 50 .
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day credit control, including chasing outstanding payments and maintaining accurate debtor records
* Process invoices, payments, and receipts using Sage 50
* Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
* Assist with month-end tasks, bank reconciliations, and general financial administration
* Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc duties as required
* Provide excellent communication to internal teams and external customers
Requirements
* Proven experience in credit control
* Strong working knowledge of Sage 50
* Good understanding of general finance processes
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident communicator with a professional, friendly manner
* Ability to work independently in a fully office-based environment
