The role of Trade Operative will include:
1. Carrying out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties in line with contract specifications
2. Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and restocking these when needed
3. Responding positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery, by resolving problems or set into motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed
4. Providing accurate and timely information on the progress of works that is easily understood by the customer
Skills and experiences:
5. To ensure full compliance with CDM 2015 legislation legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to SVQ Level 2 in core subject or SVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, Unvented - G3 Certificate, Water Regulations (WRAS) if plumbing is core, currently undertaking the qualification or prepared to undertake this qualification with the support of Sanctuary Group
6. Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation
7. Good communication and customer care skills
8. Working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
9. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to bring with them the original certification verifying proof of their qualifications. Copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted.
