Responsibilities
* The Claims Handler (FNOL) will be the first point of contact when a customer needs to make a claim.
* Take accurate and detailed information about new claims reported by telephone, email or electronic claims forms.
* Manage inbound calls and make outbound calls to gather information.
* Employ accurate and excellent questioning techniques to capture all claims details.
* Demonstrate excellent customer service through friendly, professional and empathetic telephone manner.
* Send out welcome packs to customers detailing the steps of their claim.
