* An experienced Administrator used to working in a fast paced environment?

What Will You Be Doing?

Main responsibilities include:

* Processing Customer Vehicle Orders
* Quoting on car and commercial vehicles for multiple vehicle brands
* Working on multiple vehicle brand systems and ensuring our information is up to date and correct
* Liaising with customers and lease companies providing them with updates
* Communicating with and booking the services of third parties if required
* Checking vehicle availabilities & responding to specific queries from customers
* Completing routine Admin tasks relating from order to delivery

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 17:30pm.

Who Are We Looking for?

The ideal candidate:

* MUST have a strong Administrative background
* Will be a strong & personable communicator
* Needs to be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Must be IT proficient particularly with Microsoft
* Will have a keen eye for detail with strong numeracy skills
* Needs to have exceptional customer service and people skills.
* Will have a positive can-do attitude and team player mentality
