XHEV Tailpipe Emissions Attribute Engineer
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented xHEV Tailpipe Emissions Attribute Engineer to lead and manage emissions attribute delivery across hybrid propulsion programs. This role is central to coordinating emissions-related activities, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and supporting programme milestones through structured reporting and toolset management.
You’ll work closely with Attribute Engineers, Lead Engineers, Technical Specialists, and cross-functional teams to track, report, and communicate emissions performance across vehicle platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead emissions attribute coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
* Track, manage, and report all emissions-related workstreams across xHEV programmes.
* Generate gateway review packs to support programme delivery and decision-making.
* Manage RMDV and TRM gateway decks, ensuring timely updates and traceability.
* Facilitate and lead the Attribute Coordination Forum to align teams and resolve issues.

* Strong leadership and coordination capabilities
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines
* Clear and confident communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
* Passion for emissions compliance and hybrid propulsion technologies
