Purpose of the role
To drive alignment and delivery of the People and Company strategy, by using data and insights to create tactical, innovative, and commercial people solutions executed by supportive and challenging business partnering relationships.

Partner and maintain strong relationships with Senior Leadership to:
* Identify talent at all levels, ensuring appropriate development plans are in place.
* Utilise Company programmes, internal resources and external apprenticeships to develop our colleagues, with a focus on quality over volume.
* Influence, coach and challenge business leaders to support both high and poor performers through a leadership approach aligned to our culture
* Create robust succession plans that are aligned to anticipated business growth and will deliver a sustainable workforce
