Registered Nurse - Care Home
Location: Workington, Cumbria, CA14 3NE
Hours: 36 hours per week
Pay: £20.08 per hour
The Role
As a Registered Nurse you’ll provide person-centred care that meets the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents. You’ll:
* Create a safe, supportive environment for residents with a range of needs
* Use your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions
* Develop tailored care plans and complete risk assessments
* Administer medication safely and maintain high clinical standards
* Be valued and respected for delivering nursing care the right way
Essential Criteria
* Current NMC registration (RGN)
* Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices
* Experience producing care plans and risk assessments
* Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLS/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines)
* Dedicated, compassionate, and committed to person-centred care
