Student Nurse Facilitator – Manchester Metropolitan University
The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students. To apply, you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role. Signing up as a Student Nurse Facilitator will give you access to part‑time, flexible working opportunities throughout the academic year.
What you will do

* University open and visit days
* Support the Admissions Team during online interviews
* Educational activities
* Confirmation and clearing
* Marketing and promotional activities
Once you are registered as a Student Nurse Facilitator, you will be invited to sign up for opportunities throughout the year. You can choose which activities you want to sign up for – this role can be tailored to suit your own interests and fit around your placement and studies.

Dates: February 2026 – August 2027
Hours of Work: Max 16 per week – hours will vary and there will not be a fixed number of working hours per week.

Requirements
* Currently enrolled on a BSc, FdSc or MSc Nursing programme and have already completed your first year of studies
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Comfortable meeting and talking to new people, both in person and online
* Able to work with Nursing tutors and university staff, following instructions and direction when given
* Comfortable working independently e.g. when leading online drop‑ins or peer revision sessions without direct staff supervision
* Punctual, reliable and enthusiastic
