Operations Assistant : QSR / Casual Dining : Up to A GBP 50,000
Location: London : Remote/Venue based (with occasional travel to Ireland)

This is your chance to be part of a team thats building operational foundations from the ground up, including opening new venues and establishing a London office This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast:paced, evolving environments and loves variety, NO TWO DAYS WILL BE THE SAME You will work closely with the directors based in London, take ownership of key projects, and play a vital role in shaping the future of the business. Initially, the role will be mostly remote, with travel to Ireland twice a month for training and immersion into the business.
Were open to a range of candidates, from GM to Operations, to Project Management experience, as long as youre ambitious, self:motivated, and ready to make an impact. Flexibility is key: the role will include weekends and evenings as needed to support the business.
What were looking for:
* Strong analytical and problem:solving skills, with a good understanding of P and L
* Solid knowledge of operational and business challenges
* Ability to work effectively in evolving and ambiguous situations
* High sense of ownership and accountability
* Experience in busy venue environments
* Business Management degree a strong plus
* Experience in new venue openings highly desirable
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a variety of evolving projects across the business
* Collaborate closely with internal teams across functions
* Conduct in:depth research and analysis to support strategic decision:making
* Take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely and high:quality delivery
* Demonstrate resourcefulness in identifying and coordinating the right people to execute projects
