Service Desk Coordinator – Maidenhead – £27k – £29k per annum + Benefits
As a Service Desk Coordinator, you’ll work as part of our professional service desk team to support our customers and engineers.
Responsibilities
* Proactively support engineers and corporate clients on a daily basis
* Manage a variety of queries quickly and efficiently, providing a first‑class service
Tasks
* Deliver a multi‑skilled service to customers within your aligned regions, working closely with field engineers
* Meet deadlines and deliver against department KPI’s (24 hrs response initiative)
* Deal with incoming client enquiries
* Manage enquiries and issues raised ending in a positive resolution
* Area coordination and task list completion
* Sales focus for parts and service quoting
* Complete other administrative tasks
* Maintain accurate client and job order records of all written and verbal communications
* Carry out other ad‑hoc projects as required by the business
You Will Need
* Previous telephone customer service experience
* Ability to confidently resolve issues and manage difficult and challenging situations
* Self‑starter who enjoys working as part of a team
