Key responsibilities:
1. Daily operations related to bill generation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Monitor and manage industry settlement performance .
3. Demonstrate a good understanding of industry flows across electricity and gas supply.
4. Possess knowledge of D0095 and D0235 exception codes. Desirable
5. Investigate and resolve settlement exceptions promptly.
6. Help develop accurate forecasts for billing and settlement volumes.
7. Consistently monitor Billing and Settlement portfolios, identifying trends and potential risks.
8. Proactively address any discrepancies or anomalies.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any billing-related issues promptly.
10. Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry best practices.
Skills and experience required:
11. Industry Experience: 2 years’ experience in Billing & Settlement functions is essential. Familiarity with back-office operations in an energy supplier context.
12. Technical Competencies: Proficiency in handling HH and NHH settlements. Good understanding of industry flows, including electricity and gas supply. Good Knowledge of D0095 and D0235 exception resolution. Desirable.
13. Analytical Skills: Proactive in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Comfortable with data analysis and forecasting.
