Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Support Administrator to work within the admin team supporting day-to-day operational administration. Duties include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
* Reception / Switchboard based duties: general reception duties including greeting and ID checking visitors, dealing with deliveries, staff vehicle management, handling the switchboard and taking and directing calls, representing the business with a positive, polite, professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
* Administration based duties: support the Sales / Recruitment teams, reformatting CVs to a very high standard of speed and accuracy using MS Word; data input and update of the in‑house database; general office duties such as filing, processing incoming and outgoing mail.
Minimum Requirements
* GCSE Grades (4+)
* Experience of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
* Mature and sensible approach
* Outgoing personality
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Honesty and integrity
* Self‑driven motivation

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 hrs (1 hour lunch)
