We are seeking a commercially minded New Patient Enquiry Specialist/Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to support our patients on their journey, from first contact through to booked consultation and final smile, building trust, moving conversations forward, and delivering confidence along the way.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Respond to enquiries via phone, email, CRM, and WhatsApp, ensuring warmth and professionalism across all channels
* Build rapport quickly with new patients and act as the first point of contact for treatment presentation and scheduling
* Proactively follow up with leads, mainly by telephone, to maintain contact, answer questions, and increase conversion
* Learn and explain our treatment journey clearly and confidently, aligning patient expectations with clinical pathways
* Host patients during in-practice consultations to ensure a seamless, reassuring experience
* Track enquiry volumes, performance data, conversion metrics and follow-ups using CRM tools (e.g. Software of Excellence)
* Collaborate closely with clinicians, admin and sales teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end patient experience
* Recommend cases for escalation or further clinical input where needed
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a proactive, confident communicator with excellent telephone and written skills and a warm, empathetic approach combined with strong commercial awareness.
Previous experience in sales, bookings or luxury client relationship roles (e.g. healthcare, aesthetics, hospitality, retail or recruitment)
Someone who is happy to spend the majority of their day on the telephone following up leads.
Highly organised, reliable and resilient, someone who thrives on structure, metrics and follow-through
Comfortable owning targets and motivated by both purpose and performance
Dental knowledge is a bonus, but not essential, full training will be provided
You'll be a confident, service-driven communicator with a natural ability to convert curiosity into trust, and leads into loyal patients
