Description Hybrid working (once reached competency) Working Hours : 37.5 hours per week, working shifts between 8am-8pm with a minimum of 1 late shift per week (12-8pm). Every other Saturday 8am-1pm, with lieu time taken in the week. Due to working shifts, you will need to be flexible on working days. As a Third-Party Capture Motor Claims Handler, your purpose will be to contact Claimants who have been involved in an accident with our policyholder and convert them in to accepting our services to deal with their vehicle damage claim, as well as any replacement vehicle needs. If they accept our offer, you will be responsible for arranging their vehicle damage to be dealt with, as well as instructing for a replacement vehicle to be supplied and/or offering cash alternatives. Responsibilities As a Third-Party Capture claims handler, your responsibilities will include: Case Management : Work through your team’s case load efficiently to achieve monthly targets, both individually and collaboratively. Quality Assurance : Maintain a high standard of accuracy and compliance to meet internal and external audit requirements. Customer Service : Deliver professional standards of service to internal and external customers. Communication : Handle inbound and outbound calls and correspond with all relevant parties via telephone or email. Supply Chain Coordination : Instruct the relevant supply chain to contact the claimant and initiate the claim process. Commercial Awareness : Upsell company services to prevent claimants from using alternative providers. Qualifications Previous experience within motor insurance or credit hire would be desirable, but not required Strong verbal and written communication for handling calls and email correspondence Attention to detail & accuracy Skilled in upselling services and handling objections.
