Salary
* PIP Assessor (3 assessments per day): £39,500 to £45,300 + bonus. £1,000 salary increase after 6 and 12 months.
* WCA Assessor (5–6 shorter assessments per day): £42,000 to 48,000 + bonus. £1,000 salary increase after 6 months.
* Up to 10% quality and performance bonus
* Candidates should ideally be open to PIP or WCA, depending on local availability.

* Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm
* Part-time (PIP Only)
* 0.6 FTE (3 days)
* 0.8 FTE (4 days)

What You’ll Do
* Conduct structured assessments (telephone and face-to-face)
* Review medical evidence and daily living impact
* Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
* Make objective recommendations based on evidence
* This is an assessment-focused role — no prescribing, no treatment plans, no shift pressures.
Training
12-week paid training covering:
* Assessment techniques
* DWP guidelines
* Report writing
* You will be fully supported before working independently.

Qualifications
* Minimum 1-year post-registration experience in an adult setting
