This role could be the ideal career opportunity for you if you have previously worked as a HR Advisor and are looking for a new challenge. You will work alongside the rest of the people team to deliver support on all HR related issues.
Main Purpose
* Provide a comprehensive HR generalist support service to colleagues at various levels.
* Support the Senior HRBP in the delivery of all people plans.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Provide commercial advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on all HR issues to ensure effective resolution in line with policies and best practice.
* Work with managers on investigations, disciplinary, capability, performance management and grievances to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner and in line with best practice.
* Coach and train managers
* Give advice to managers on recruitment best practice and work with the HR Assistants to oversee recruitment administration.
* Monitor HR Metrics
* Monitor, review and update all HR policies.
* Carry out exit interviews.
Person specification
* Previous experience working at HR Advisor level with experience of supporting with employee relations issues is essential for this role.
* Up to date employment law knowledge
* Salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience
* 24 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off
