This includes a focus on Service Terminations, Rising Lateral Mains (RLM), and Link Boxes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring asset condition, safety, and compliance are proactively assessed and maintained through a systematic inspection regime.***What you’ll be doing**** Lead the end-to-end delivery of LV Inspection Programmes across the SPM Licence Area.* Ensure all works comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a zero-accident culture.* Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, addressing risks and variances proactively.* Engage with internal teams, field operations, contractors, and customers to ensure successful programme delivery.* Provide accurate and timely reporting to senior leadership, regulatory bodies, and commercial partners.* Drive continuous improvement across project delivery functions.* Ensure all KPIs and SLA targets are achieved across the programmes of work.***What you’ll bring**** Proven experience managing infrastructure or utility-based projects, ideally within the power distribution or energy sector.* Strong technical knowledge of LV networks and assets, including Service Terminations, RLMs, and Link Boxes.* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement programmes of work within a regulated environment.* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.* Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.* Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.* Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, APM PMQ, or PMP are desirable.***What’s in it for you***You’ll be joining a team that’s at the forefront of delivering a safe, reliable, and resilient electricity network.
