Position
We are currently seeking a Project Manager in the Midlands region. This is a full‑time, permanent opportunity with a competitive salary, company car and benefits package.
Responsibilities
* Work within the project team based in Coleshill
* Be responsible for the design, engineering, planning and management of projects
* Provide technical and commercial advice
* Support a team of managers
* Develop technical solutions, including examination and testing of new products
Candidate Profile
The suitable candidate will be an experienced Project Manager from the BMS industry with a technical background in either electrical or mechanical.
Key Duties
* Manage site health & safety for the team, producing and complying with RAMS
* Conduct site visits, undertake surveys and support/ deliver presentations to clients
* Financial management of sites, handling invoicing, purchase orders and variations
* Management reporting
* Conduct monthly meetings
* Experience of D365 is a distinct advantage
