We are looking for a Regional Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for National Account Executives or similar professionals seeking to elevate their careers. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Regional Sales Manager, using analytical insights to drive profitability and enhance customer relationships across the region.
Main Responsibilities
1. Negotiate profitable agreements with customers.
2. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
3. Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
4. Respond promptly to customer queries, liaising with other departments as needed.
5. Report key issues to the management team.
6. Generate reports using SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint (training provided).
7. Maintain accurate processes in line with company policy.
8. Conduct monthly reviews of customer profitability and recommend corrective actions.
9. Ensure accurate application of customer terms and accruals.
10. Monitor credit terms and collaborate with Credit Control to address issues.
11. Attend regular face-to-face customer meetings to review service and drive value.
Key Requirements
12. Experience in FMCG is beneficial but not essential.
13. Strong numerical and intermediate Excel skills.
14. Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
15. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
16. Professional approach to challenging conversations.
17. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
18. Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude.
19. Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
