Responsibilities
* Recruit, lead, train and motivate a talented Housekeeping team to deliver fabulous service with guests at the heart of everything they do.
* Drive cleanliness standards across the hotel and ensure HSE compliance is followed.
* Be hands-on and ready to support your team at any time; this is a practical, non-office role.
* Maintain a fantastic first and last impression of the guest experience through consistent service quality.

Qualifications
* Motivational Leader who thrives under pressure

* Understanding of delivering a fantastic first and last impression to the guest experience
* Proven ability to drive cleanliness standards across the hotel
* Previous experience in a similar environment
