Junior Administrative Assistant
Hours of Work: Full-Time – 40 Hours over five days

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Administrative Assistant to join our busy Head Office team in High Wycombe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or further develop their career within a fast‑paced business environment.

Job / Role Specification
* Handling incoming calls professionally and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members.
* Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.
* Processing new customer orders and supporting amendments to existing services.
* Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate customer and order records.
* Assisting with data entry, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
* Supporting colleagues across multiple departments with day‑to‑day operational activities.
* Monitoring shared inboxes and ensuring enquiries are directed appropriately.
* Helping to coordinate customer requests and internal communications.
* Maintaining organised electronic filing systems and company records.
* Providing a high standard of customer service and administrative support at all times.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good attention to detail and accuracy.
* Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise workloads.
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Education & Qualifications
* A-C grade GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (essential).
* Basic IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
* Previous office or customer service experience beneficial but not essential.
* Full training will be provided.
