Job Title: Digital Marketing Project Manager\n\nLocation: London, Glasgow or Edinburgh. Hybrid 2-3 days in the office per week\n\nCompany: Global FMCG Business\n\nOverview:\n\nWe're seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead and coordinate digital marketing initiatives that uphold and evolve our data privacy operations. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring consumer data is managed responsibly while enabling innovative, data-driven marketing strategies.\n\nYou'll work across cross-functional teams, supporting the implementation of global data privacy frameworks and compliance operations.
Reporting to and partnering with legal, data governance, and marketing stakeholders, you'll ensure that our use of digital marketing data aligns with legal obligations, internal policies, and consumer expectations.\n\nThis is a unique opportunity to contribute to the data privacy capability of a leading global FMCG business while driving progress in a fast-paced digital environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDrive the day-to-day operations of digital marketing-related data privacy practices.\nOversee operational processes such as data subject rights requests, breach responses, vendor risk assessments, and privacy audits.\nMaintain and update privacy documentation (e.g., data flow maps, consent logs, retention schedules).\nMonitor compliance KPIs and escalate risks where necessary.\nCollaborate with legal counsel, data stewards, and digital teams to ensure high data quality and integrity.\nSupport digital marketing teams with privacy-first enablement of martech tools, CRM systems, CDPs, and consent management platforms.\nTrack and share insights on data privacy trends and regulatory developments.\nDesign and deliver training to raise awareness of data privacy obligations and best practices.\nChampion the company's commitment to ethical data usage and help build trust with consumers, partners, and regulators.\nWhat You'll Bring:\n\nExperience in digital marketing technology ecosystems (ad tech, martech, CRM, CDPs).\nStrong understanding of how consumer data flows through digital channels.\nProven operational and project management skills, with an eye for detail and process improvement.\nSound knowledge of global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).\nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nAbility to deliver clear, practical guidance on complex privacy issues.\nA proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for driving responsible innovation.\nBenefits:\n\nPaying £75-85k depending on experience. \nPerformance related bonus \nHealth allowances,\nShare schemes\nPension – 14% employer contribution, 6% employee contribution
