An international professional services firm is seeking an experienced Business Development & Marketing Manager to support the continued growth of its Real Estate practice.
Working alongside senior stakeholders, this position will play a key role in developing client relationships, driving marketing initiatives and identifying new commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Support strategic business development planning
* Manage client relationship and targeting programmes
* Deliver integrated marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives
* Coordinate bids, pitches and award submissions
* Develop marketing materials and digital content
* Work closely with international teams on cross-border opportunities
* Track campaign performance and business development ROI
* Support the ongoing development of business development skills across the practice
About You
* Degree educated
* Minimum 3 years experience in a BD or marketing management role
* Experience within the real estate sector and/or professional services
* Strong commercial awareness
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong project management capability
* Collaborative and proactive approach
