As Deputy Childcare Manager, with a minimum full and relevant L3 early years qualification ), you will play a vital leadership role in shaping a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children aged 2-3 years.
You will work with the Head of Service and Deputy Manager in daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding.
