Purpose of the role
The Accounts Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the accounts team during a busy period, ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations.
This role will focus on assisting with a variety of tasks including data entry, document management, invoice processing and general administrative duties.
Key Duties
* Process and input invoices, credit notes and expenses into the accounting system
* Support with monitoring of account transactions
* Prepare and issue statements, payment runs and reminders where required
* Liaise with suppliers, clients and internal teams to resolve queries promptly
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and financial regulations
* Update spreadsheets, databases and reports to track financial activity
* Support the accounts team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
* Contribute to maintaining accuracy, efficiency and confidentiality in all finance related processes.
Key Skills
* Previous Accounts administration background
* Understanding the importance of processes
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage employee records and documentation effectively
* Good Microsoft Office skills
