What You'll Need:
* Experience supporting children with SEND, particularly ASC, SEMH, or complex learning needs, is preferred but not essential
* A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
* Ability to work 1:1 or in small groups to support learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation
* Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous but not essential
* Early Career Teachers / Newly Qualified Teachers are welcome to apply
Your Responsibilities May Include:
* Supporting pupils with SEN in class or in small group interventions
* Assisting pupils with tasks according to their EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)
* Supporting literacy, numeracy, and other curriculum-based learning
