Job overview
We are seeking enthusiastic Paediatric ED Nurses to join our Staff Bank at Epsom and St Helier NHS Trust. Roles vary and will be confirmed upon recruitment. Depending on experience, higher banding/rates may be discussed.
Main duties of the job
* Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate paediatric nursing care.
* Work within a multidisciplinary team and undertake delegated tasks.
* Take charge of the ward/department after completing foundational training.
* Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.

Responsibilities
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, prioritize patient care, keep accurate records, contribute to quality improvements, respect patients' customs and beliefs, support patients and carers, assist with medication administration, develop clinical skills, involve patients in care planning, and ensure effective communication within the team.

Experience
* Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
Professional registration
* Must hold appropriate UK professional registration.
