Operations Manager - Removals
Salary circa 40 - 45K per annum (dependent upon experience)

In line with our ongoing growth, we are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious, confident individual to step into the role of Operations Manager based at our Dartford branch, ready to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the intermediary between the Operations Department and the road crews.
* Responsible for the management of their team and all job documentation.
* Spearhead day- to- day operational planning.
* Oversee training, recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention initiatives.
* Monitor branch performance and provide monthly reports.
* Actively engage in Sales and business development.
* Supervise the warehouse operations.
