Location: Thurrock Office
Hours: Full-time | 9:00am – 5:30pm

The Role
In this busy and varied position, you’ll take ownership of post-completion processes for residential property transactions across the firm. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications
*
Managing Stamp Duty Land Tax submissions
*
Ensuring all lender requirements are fulfilled
*
Maintaining accurate documentation and updating case management systems
*
Handling queries from clients, colleagues, and third parties
*
Providing general administrative support as needed
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in post-completions work (property background desirable)
*
Meticulous with excellent attention to detail
*
Confident working to deadlines with a calm, methodical approach
*
A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
*
Motivated, reliable, and eager to continue developing professionally
