The Role
You’ll oversee Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental compliance across the business, maintaining ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001), leading audits, and mentoring a small team of three. This is a practical role where you’ll work closely with all departments, resolve issues, and champion sustainability initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong Quality and HSE background in a manufacturing environment
* ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 experience
* NEBOSH certification (preferred)
* Supervisory or managerial experience
* Hands-on approach and excellent communication skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior staff
* Ability to read engineering drawings
* Experience with ESG or sustainability projects
