We are looking for a Driver / Crematorium Operative who wants to make a real difference to people's lives especially at a time when they need us most, who can demonstrate a caring nature with excellent attention to detail. The role involves working as part of a team within the crematoria and collecting deceased pets from Vet practices or private addresses and returning ashes back to a vet practice or their owner. The pets are taken into our care and cremated as per their owner's wishes. A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
You will predominantly be working on the road and collecting deceased pets from Vet Practices and private addresses on an ad hoc basis.
The hours are contracted are 40 hrs per week, Monday & Friday carrying out crematorium duties on site, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday driving from 05:00 until collections are completed, previous experience of driving a LWB vehicle would be preferred.
