Come and join the Agincare family as a Care Team Leader!</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK</li><li>At least two years experience working in a social care environment</li><li>Qualified to at least QCF level 2</li><li>This is a full time role working 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends</li><li>Position working night shifts</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Companionship – Provide support, communication and engagement with residents.</li><li>Personal care – Support with a wash, bath or shower, dressing and oral care.</li><li>Mobility – Ensure residents can live as independently as possible.</li><li>Social activities – Plan and participate in trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.</li><li>Medication – Support and oversee medication administration, including documentation.</li><li>Document management – Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.</li><li>Collaboration – Offer support and access to other health and social care professionals, and work collaboratively.</li><li>Management – Hold line manager responsibilities to care and senior care assistants, and when absent of Deputy and Registered Manager, hold responsibility for the home.</li></ul><p>We encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds and experiences.
