You’ll love sharing our products with our customers with a warm and personal touch, ensuring that an amazing customer experience is delivered through excellent product and brand knowledge.
What You’ll be doing:
* Warmly welcome every customer and immerse them in the world of Hotel Chocolat.
* Discover customers’ needs and reason for their visit through friendly conversation.
* Delight customers through product demonstrations and tasting sessions, ensuring you check for allergens.
* Close the sale and confidently recommend additional products such as gift bags.
* Thank customers for shopping, ensuring they leave happy.
* Process transactions, refunds, and exchanges at the till.
* Respond to customer feedback.
* Support the team with deliveries and stock management, keeping the delivery area clear and tidy in line with health and safety guidelines.
* Maintain the appearance of the store and café areas to a high standard.
* If the store has a café area, prepare hot and cold drinks, ice creams, and snacks according to guidelines, keeping the area clean; focus on upselling to customers.
* Support where you can to the success of your store and team.
