As a Contracts Support Advisor, your responsibility will be to assist with pre-delivery tasks including pre-fit changes, call off’s and delivery bookings for our Social Housing and Contract teams. You will also be responsible for aftercare queries, both from internal and external parties, alongside recruitment of sub-contractors to assist with the growth of the installation team. Key responsibilities of this role will include: Support the Contract Field Installation Managers, Social Housing and Contract Sales teams. Installer recruitment, management, and compliance Raising and processing PO’s and Invoices from subcontractors Administrative tasks relevant to the role To carry out pre-fit changes Identify opportunity for further growth within the Contract Operations team About You Comfortable working in a challenging, dynamic and fast-paced environment Strong organisation skills and ability to self prioritise Strong communication skills both written and verbal Desire to grow, becoming an integral team member You have the ability to maintain high levels of attention to detail About The Company Wren Kitchens are not only passionate about kitchens, we are passionate about our people!
