This role would suit a candidate with a Support Worker, Care Worker, Care Assistant, Care or Social Care background.
Support Worker Job Purpose:
1. To flexibly support each individual within their own home and in the wider community.
2. To respond to the service users individual needs and aspirations and to assist the service user to maximise their independence and respond to all opportunities presented to them during their day to day life.
3. To support and assist with all aspects of daily living including personal care and environment management.
