This Children's Residential Home provides a tranquil and supportive environment for young people facing challenges. The home accommodates a maximum of three young people and boasts a dedicated and established team.

Main Duties: Work collaboratively as a team member to provide young people with various activities, support, care, and guidance using a positive parenting model. Follow guidance from the Team Leader and senior colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home, providing structure and appropriate boundaries for the young people in their care. Maintain a flexible approach to shift patterns, accommodating changes to the rota at short notice. Ensure that all risks are safely managed following company policies and procedures. Undertake an in-depth quality and bespoke training package. Act as an advocate for the young person using a positive parenting model. Attend staff meetings and actively contribute to the development and improvement of the service model.
