We are seeking a forward-thinking Internal Audit Manager, to lead our audit function and shape the future of governance, risk, and assurance across our dynamic energy business.
The role
You'll lead the development and delivery of a strategic, risk-based audit plan aligned with Luxion Group's objectives and regulatory duties.
Acting as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team, you'll provide independent assurance on governance, risk, and controls.
You'll manage and mentor a high-performing team, drive innovation in audit practices and technology, and ensure compliance with frameworks like Ofgem regulations, the Smart Energy Code, and ISO Your insights will help shape business decisions and strengthen internal processes.
What We're Looking For
An experienced Internal Audit Manager, ideally in the energy or a regulated sector. You'll have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders through exceptional communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and audit/data tools is essential, along with knowledge of compliance frameworks. CIA, IAP and Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors membership are highly valued.
