About the role
Are you passionate about integrating technology and workplace services to improve the employee experience? As a Workplace Services Manager, you will ensure seamless technology integration and exceptional service delivery. You will support the optimisation of workplace technology, including end-user devices and Microsoft productivity tools, to drive business success.
This role involves shaping the future of workplace technology at NFU Mutual, managing IT services such as end-user devices, printing solutions, and Microsoft 365 applications, ensuring seamless service and a positive digital experience across the organisation.
You will oversee daily operations like hardware deployment, meeting room technology, and software support. Managing vendor relationships and procurement, you will lead a team to deliver secure, compliant, and user-friendly M365 services that empower staff.
Beyond operations, you will engage with senior stakeholders, identify improvement opportunities, and lead strategic initiatives, including exploring emerging technologies like AI.
This position is based at our Tiddington Head Office near Stratford-upon-Avon, with flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.
About you
You should have a strong background in workplace IT services management, including M365, operational support, and strategic planning. Proven experience in leading complex IT projects and familiarity with emerging tech are essential.
