Savvy Investor (www.savvyinvestor.net) is a fast-growing research hub and marketing platform serving the global investment management industry. Savvy Investor is built around strategic content partnerships with many of the world's leading asset management firms, including UBS Asset Management, Robeco, State Street Global Advisors, LGIM, PGIM, Wellington, S&P Dow Jones Indices and FTSE Russell.

The Head of Account Management leads the function responsible for ensuring that partners fully utilise and maximise their Savvy Investor packages.

This is a senior leadership role focused on delivery excellence, operational efficiency and long-term partner success. While the role does not carry direct revenue ownership, the quality of execution, relationship management and partner experience plays a critical role in partnership renewal and long-term retention.

The role manages a team of Account Managers, while also overseeing a portfolio of key strategic partner relationships.

The Head of Account Management also oversees the successful delivery of Savvy Investor's key industry initiatives, including Dinners and Awards.


Responsibilities

* Ensure partners are fully utilising their agreed packages and deliverables
* Oversee the timely upload and promotion of partner content
* Maintain structured communication plans with all partners
* Ensure smooth onboarding of new partners
* Act as senior escalation point for operational issues


Team Leadership & Development

* Lead, mentor and develop the Account Management team
* Establish clear processes and service standards
* Improve efficiency and consistency across accounts


Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Work closely with Content, Marketing, Data and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of partner activity
* Provide structured feedback from partners to internal teams
* Support the Sales team by ensuring smooth handovers following new partnership agreements


Project Leadership

* Coordinate partner participation and communication
* Manage timelines and deliverables
* Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution
* Ensure a high-quality partner and attendee experience


Requirements

* Strong background in Account Management / Client Services within a B2B environment
* Experience managing and developing a team
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Strong project management capability
* Confident analysing performance data and presenting insights clearly
* Proactive and solutions-oriented
* Comfortable working cross-functionally
* Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM)
* Experience with project management tools


Desirable

* Experience in asset management, financial publishing or B2B media
* Experience supporting events or sponsorship-led initiatives
