Outpatient Sister — 37.5 hours | Park Hill Hospital, Doncaster
The role involves leading, managing, and nurturing a close-knit team in a leading provider of independent healthcare. You will deliver high-quality clinical outcomes in an environment that supports care, with opportunities to develop through the Ramsay Academy. You will have proven experience in leading a team, change management, and transforming culture.
Responsibilities
Lead, manage and nurture an outpatient team to deliver high standards of patient care in a busy environment. Support change management and service transformation as part of continuous improvement. Align practice with CQC standards and Ramsay quality expectations.

What you’ll bring with you
* Registered with the NMC
* Delivers high standards of patient care
* Previous clinical supervisory experience
* Previous Pre-Assessment / Outpatient experience
* Enthusiasm and ability to nurture a can do culture
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs
* Good working knowledge of and compliance with CQC Standards
* Ability to make decisions and use your initiative
* Strong communication skills
* Passion to deliver excellent care in a busy and challenging environment
