As our next Chef de Partie at The Social Hub, you'll be the proud owner of your kitchen section, running it with skill, pride and a steady hand. Whether you're firing up fresh, seasonal plates or leading your mise-en-place like a pro, you're the heartbeat of the back-of-house experience. You'll collaborate closely with our Sous and Head Chefs to keep things running smoothly, delivering top-notch dishes that not only taste great but look the part too.
You'll be a natural at guiding junior kitchen crew and fostering a respectful, supportive team vibe. We're a hospitality rebel brand, so there's always room to try something new, grow your skills, and be your authentic self in the kitchen. Run your kitchen section with confidence, both during prep and busy service hours.
Deliver high-quality dishes that meet our standards in taste, presentation, and consistency.
Support and train junior team members like Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters.
Maintain top hygiene practices and ensure your station is clean at all times.
Minimize waste, follow proper stock rotation, and report shortages promptly.
Stick to food safety protocols, including HACCP and internal checks.
At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef background.
Confidence running a kitchen section solo in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and cooking with quality.
Familiarity with digital kitchen tools like checklists, HACCP logs or recipe platforms.
Fluency in and English, extra languages are a bonus!
