Chubb Fire & Security, part of the global Carrier group, is excited to announce openings for Customer Service Advisors in our vibrant Customer Contact Centre located in Blackburn. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
Your Work Schedule
You will enjoy a 37.5-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with day shifts between 8 AM and 6 PM (e.g., 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM).
Your Mission
As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary goal will be to provide outstanding service to both our internal and external customers. You will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including:
* Field-based Engineers
* Account Managers
* Our Branch Network
You'll work closely with Customer Service Team Leaders and Operations Managers to ensure every customer interaction is a positive experience.
What You'll Do
* Respond to inbound calls professionally and efficiently, adhering to agreed response times.
* Demonstrate excellent service to all customers, both internal and external.
* Maintain high standards of customer relationships and confidentiality.
* Accurately record and process customer information.
* Take ownership of customer interactions from start to finish.
* Proactively identify and escalate any incidents that may affect service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
* At least six months of customer service experience is preferred.
* Experience in a call centre or customer-facing role.
* A proactive attitude with strong communication skills.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
* A team player who communicates well with colleagues.
