Overview
We are looking for an Apprentice HR Employee Relations Administrator to join our supportive Human Resources team with genuine opportunities for progression while earning as you learn.
You will become part of a small team of 10 colleagues, providing administrative support to the Employee Relations service that supports over 14,000 Trust employees. This fast‑paced and dynamic department gives you exposure to a wide range of HR topics and experiences.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Employee Relations service.
* Support the administration of the apprenticeship programme and the Level 3 or Level 5 CIPD qualification.
Qualifications
* Ability and eligibility to complete a Level 3 or Level 5 CIPD qualification.
* Basic knowledge of human resources principles preferred (not mandatory).
