L About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a

forward-thinking Solutions and Capabilities Manager

to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable technology solutions that support our business growth. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, systems thinking, and technical execution, this role is for you! You will collaborate closely with technology teams, data scientists, and business stakeholders to: Identify capability gaps Design innovative solutions Ensure our tech stack evolves to meet future demands Key Responsibilities:

Capability Strategy & Development

Assess current capabilities and identify areas for improvement and innovation. Champion best practices in software development, automation, and system integration. Lead initiatives to enhance team skills, tools, and processes. Develop and maintain a roadmap for capabilities aligned with business strategy. Solution & Delivery

Design and implement end-to-end solutions that align with business and technology goals. Translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions. Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, cloud-native platforms, APIs). Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with data and technical teams to ensure alignment on solution design and delivery. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Facilitate workshops, capability assessments, and solution demos. Collaborate with vendor teams to manage relationships and evaluate third-party tools. Project & Change Management Leadership

Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery. Manage end-to-end delivery, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review. Monitor solution performance and continuously optimize scalability, security, and efficiency. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in design, business analysis, capability development, solution architecture, or program management in a tech environment. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product development lifecycles. Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, project, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Strong understanding of enterprise systems, digital transformation, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, MS Power Platform, or similar. Certification in Agile, PMP, Six Sigma, or similar is a plus. Why Join Us?

The US-based salary range for this position is

$110,500 - $155,000

. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to

$177,000

, based on ongoing performance.
