In the scenic town of Crieff, nestled among hills and greenery, lies Oakbank Care Home a brand new, purpose-built 70-bed service that’s more than just a place to live. It’s a place where people come to feel safe, supported, and understood. We offer tailored residential, dementia, nursing, respite, and palliative care in a luxurious and welcoming setting.

What you’ll do: As a Registered Nurse here, you won’t just administer medication or check charts you’ll be a constant, reassuring presence. You’ll start each shift by guiding your team and making sure every resident’s needs are anticipated. You’ll deliver exceptional clinical care, yes but also emotional support, a listening ear, and an advocate’s voice.
You’ll work closely with families and professionals to shape truly person-centred care plans, ensure smooth handovers between shifts, and keep meticulous records. You’ll spot changes quickly and act decisively. You’ll lead with compassion, always striving to protect each resident’s dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
No two days will be the same, but every day you’ll know you made a difference.
What we’re looking for: You’re a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN and a calm, kind presence. Whether you’ve worked in a care home before or not, what matters is your passion for people and your commitment to high standards.
You’re a natural communicator clear, compassionate, and collaborative. You know how to support your team, reassure a worried family member, and make a resident smile at just the right moment.
