What You’ll Do
As a Temporary Accommodation Officer, you’ll play a vital role in:
1. Delivering high-quality housing management services to those in temporary accommodation.
2. Ensuring safety and compliance across temporary accommodation sites.
3. Supporting residents to become tenancy-ready and move towards a secure home.
4. Collaborating with housing colleagues, contractors, and external agencies.
5. Monitoring repairs, cleanliness, and fire safety standards.
6. Engaging residents in shaping future housing services.
What We’re Looking For
7. Experience in housing, social work, or community care.
8. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
9. Understanding of safeguarding and the needs of vulnerable groups.
10. A proactive, customer-centric approach to service delivery.
11. Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
12. A full driving licence.
