Kinetic is currently seeking an experienced Resourcing Consultant to join our busy Industrial team based at our Deeside office.
We are looking for a driven, self-motivated, ambitious, and determined individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. The successful candidate will represent Kinetic with pride and integrate into our team seamlessly.
Reporting directly to the Managing Consultant, you should have a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience within Manufacturing, Production, or Industrial recruitment, and possess a full UK driving license with your own vehicle.
Weekly Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates on assignments such as Production/Warehouse Operatives, Pickers, Packers, FLT Drivers, Cleaners, Assemblers, & Labourers.
2. Identifying quality candidates through networking, job boards, and advertisements.
3. Creating a database of quality candidates, skill-coding all key skills onto the system.
4. Generating sales leads for the consultants from your candidate networking.
5. Collaborating with Recruitment Consultants to understand all live vacancies and client requirements.
6. Matching candidates to live vacancies.
7. Preparing and submitting candidate shortlists to Recruitment Consultants.
8. Ensuring all candidate compliance administration is up to date and accurate.
9. With training, visiting clients and conducting induction meetings with candidates.
10. Thinking creatively to generate quality candidates and contribute to business growth alongside colleagues.
